Lampe de table blanche / en acier brossé 18,5 po Abigayle

2 stars for the lamp; 5 stars for customer service. Ordered 2 lamps, one arrived with a ripped shade. Cust. Svc. replaced the whole lamp because it was going to be months to replace just the shade. The 2 stars for the lamp is because it is poorly made - the metal post on both of the lamps is at an angle, quite significantly on one of them. I'm hoping I can get it fixed, since otherwise they are exactly the size and color I was looking for.
