Luminaire suspendu pour cuve simple 3 lumières

Bought as a replacement fixture. Serves purpose well....but a little lightweight..... Looks good Not sure it is real mica

Very frustrated. Product came with missing parts and the instruction guide did not reflect the exact item. It was similar, but when I went to install it, it was missing 4 parts. I called Meyda Lighting and spoke to Chet. They told me that some time instructions are generalized for other similar products; which is ridiculous. He told me how I could rig it to work correctly, but what he told me to do which took alot of effort, help, and special tools, it did not work. I called to tell him it didn't work, leaving a detailed message, but he never called me back. So I did online chat with Wayfair customer service. Got a virtual assistant. After explaining the problem in detail on the chat, they asked me to upload a picture of the problem. I am not very technical so I was unable to do that. This was a pricy fixture. The most I ever spent on lighting. I can't return it because I threw out all the packaging, as it looked good when I took everything out of the box. I now have to hire someone to help make the missing hooks. Wayfair/Meyda should give me back the money it cost me to hire someone. Wayfair charges $167.99 for install. I should get that much money back.
