It was smaller than we thought, but still love the rustic light for our mountain home.

I spent just shy of $368.00 for two of these lamps. They were meant to hang on either side of what is the focal point in a room, a large bay window with a big view. I have to say that they don’t even look like they are worth $35.00. Because of the view, guests would naturally gravitate towards the direction of the lamps and presumably see them up close. Not in a million years could I even pretend there is something about them that is even good. I can only assume that the “value” is in the foreign shipping costs and I can’t hang that on my wall. Honestly, they look like something you’d buy at a novelty shop. Maybe my expectations were too high but even with a coat of paint, I couldn’t even disguise how cheaply these are put together. They are constructed of a flimsy metal and the manufacturer didn’t try too hard to ensure the parts fit properly. This of course makes me question the wiring because if the outside looks this cheap, then I have to be concerned about what kind of wiring was used too. At the time I ordered them, I thought that if they weren’t right for the place I wanted to use them, then I could certainly use them elsewhere in my house. Well, I just wouldn’t. I’ve had great success with other Wayfair wired-in lamp fixtures, the quality has been top-notch; these ones however, I cannot even return. I am also 100% sure I’m going to have to try to give them away because no one else is going to want to buy them off me for the same amount I paid for them. I’m not feeling warm and fuzzy right now. There is no question that I just got taken for a sucker. The first star I gave is because the delivery box was impressively packed. The second star is because the lamps arrived exactly when Wayfair said they’d be delivered. Please look elsewhere if you have a hankering for this style of lighting.

We are pleased with the light fixture. It is the design and size we were looking for.
