I haven't unboxed the tow I purchased yet as I have to installed tongue/groove ceiling first... I'm sure the fans are going to be okay, I wanted specifically pull chain operations for both as I have had such bad luck in past with remotes going out - therefore the fans become 'junk' as they can't be fixed without remote... go figure.

We are very pleased with the aesthetic of this fan with light.

Love this fan, get so many compliments on it. The design matches and complements my new backsplash. For something different, this is a great pick. With just the light on it casts a very cool design on ceiling. The only thing I don’t like, and I guess I didn’t read well enough, is the “cage” is a lightweight type of wood, thought it would be metal.
