About This Product

A modern industrial design that performs well in both indoor and outdoor environments, generating a substantial amount of airflow. This wet-rated weather-resistant ceiling fan housing is constructed with durable aluminum and operates smoothly despite the harshest elements. Three handsome finishes are available in matte black, matte black with Barnwood, and steel with weathered wood. Windmill features a powerful dc motor that runs smoothly and quietly while operating 70 percent more efficiently than ac motors. The convenient, 6-speed set-up can be controlled locally using the included remote control or remotely using the modern forms app which intuitively integrates with your existing smart home devices.

Modern forms fans pair with the smart home tech you know and love, including google assistant, amazon Alexa, Samsung Smart Things, control4, and josh ai. Coming soon: savant, Lutron homework, and Nest.
Free app download: sync with our exclusive modern forms app to control fan speed, use smart features like breeze mode, and adaptive learning, create groups, and reduce energy costs. New: Bluetooth compatible for improved range and an unlimited amount of fans can be controlled with remote or wall control within range.
Battery-operated Bluetooth remote control with wall cradle included (Part # F-RCBT-WT). Optional Bluetooth hardwired wall control sold separately (Part# F-WCBT-WT) and can be set up as 3 or 4-way switches when you purchase more than one. Can be controlled through an Android or iOS wall-mounted tablet with Wi-fi.
Modern forms fans are made with incredibly efficient and completely silent dc motors and are up to 70% more efficient than traditional fans. Every fan is factory-balanced and sounds tested to ensure each fan will never wobble, rattle or click.
