If you want the ultimate modern pendant light, you will purchase this light. The finish look is amazing BUT the engineering lacks. The crystal did not fit in the base very well and it took us awhile to get the crystal to stand up straight. Why The silicone (or whatever was used) that protects the electronics from the crystal was not carefully placed and caused the crystal to not sit flush. For the price, these pendants should be perfect. Be aware- they need a specific dimmer. The one installed in our new home did not work so we took it out and just use it onoff. Everyone is just wowed by them.
