The lamp illuminates the space perfectly and is a great size. The quality is good and it was easy to assemble.

Garbage product, nonexistent quality control, and shameful customer service. The lamp arrived unusable right out of the box. The weighted base plate is visibly out of alignment, so the lamp cannot even be assembled properly. This isn’t shipping damage or a minor cosmetic flaw—it’s a basic manufacturing/quality-control failure that should never have left the factory. What made an already lousy product experience worse was the customer service. Instead of simply refunding me for receiving a defective item, I was told they wouldn’t issue a refund until the manufacturer was given “a chance to make it right.” I bought a finished product, not a quality-control project. It should not become the customer’s responsibility to troubleshoot or negotiate with the manufacturer because they shipped defective merchandise. And now, after receiving something I couldn’t use through no fault of my own, I get to spend my time repacking this heavy lamp, hauling it to a FedEx location, and returning their garbage. Poor manufacturing. No meaningful quality control. Lousy customer service. A complete waste of my time. I would not purchase from this company again and cannot recommend this product.
