The plate cover is great, heavy, very nice and good quality. The price however is outrageous.

I bought three of these in different configurations, which was the first selling point because all three were weirdly different. These plates are seriously heavy duty. I am amazed at how heavy but detailed these covers are. Beautiful! My only down side was the color. I ordered what was labeled as being antique bronze but the color was darker and one had very little burnishment for the color to come through. It was fixable with a few stokes from a sanding block. Also, they are very savvy to ship multiple lengths of screws to accommodate all types of install situations. I really love these!

I bought this cover plate because I needed the height of this cover plate to hide a bad spot at my front door and foyer entrance...it worked! You can't see the spot, the cover plate matches my door handles, and it is gorgeous!

Just gorgeous! I have ordered this item before. One concern though, it is on backorder so it will take a long time to get to me.
