The piece itself is very attractive. The box came heavily damaged and pieces of the chandelier were broken. I will say that Wayfair customer service was amazing and sent me another chandelier. The issue was that this one was also damaged. I used pieces from one to make the other whole.

When I first looked at it when opening the package I was not sure if I liked it but after it was hung it looked beautiful!

Chandelier is very pretty, quality was good, When I received the item the box was so busted up I had to inspect it right away to ensure all the parts were there. A few of the stems where the light go were bent so I had to slowly straighten them out. I recommend that Wayfare place the original box of item in another box for shipping to prevent this from happening.
