We just finished building our new home and installed this in the stairwell of the second floor. It has an industrial vintage look but also works well with modern decor. The fan works very well, gives a good amount of airflow and is not noisy. The light works well. This comes with a remote which makes it ideal for using in high spaces.

The fan is very modern and looks beautiful. Having the blades enclosed give it a sleek, cool, and unobtrusive look. Installation went well, and did not take very long. I placed mine on a patio, but cooling would be more effective in a smaller enclosed area. This fan is sufficient for us and our area. I love not having large blades protruding in my space! I would have rated it five stars, but cooling area is smaller than I expected.
