I hit a little snafu when attempting to install. My home has plaster ceilings and apparently the former kitchen light fixture was not affixed to a beam. As this fixture is very heavy I can’t install it until I can get an electrician out to add a beam to the ceiling. I shortened the wires so that the metal bar is fairly flush with the top of the fixture which will work well in the kitchen since the ceiling is low. I really like the aesthetic of this piece as it adds a bit more modern vibe to my mid century home. I own two other Orren Ellis floor lamps that are durable with a sleek minimalist design. UPDATED My electrician was finally able to install the pendant light and it looks as nice as I anticipated!

This is a very cool, and unique piece. Definitely a statement, but subtle enough not to take over the area. I love the bubbles in the glass when the fixture is on. Only giving it four stars because I wish some of the screws and hardware were more hidden.

This island LED light is really modern looking. My husband thought he could hang it. He got it up but needed to be adjusted because we have really low ceilings. As you can see it is going to have to come all the way down to fix. He is going to need more help than himself. I love look of the light and it will he stunning when I stalked correctly. Just make sure you measure and adjust link before installing all the way!!

What a beautiful light fixture. I put it in my spare bedroom for an added touch of beauty. Its extremely bright. It takes 2 people to put up, and preferably 1 should know how to install lights. I love this light tho. Wayfair has such high quality products. Im very pleased

We have a cabin 'lodge theme small home. Somehow , we just never have enough light in the kitchen/dining area. We had installed a gorgeous wildlife ceiling fan, but sadly the light just wasn't enough. I didn't want to install a light with a design that would compete with the fan , plus I really needed bright led that could be dimmed down when needed , yet give me a bright light when desired . I adore the seeded look and though it is modern in style, it could not look more beautiful and it serves us well. This is just the perfect shape and size with clean lines that will fit in any decor. It must be hard wired so get your professional , and be ready to admire a beautiful fixture !
