It is perfect! The metal is not shiny. Gives off decent light and I get plenty of compliments. Perfect in more formal dining space but could work for every day table too. Goes well with farmhouse chic or modern decor. The packaging was poor but Thanks to Wayfair for replacing part broken during shipment.
