Barnsdall 3 - Light Cluster Pendant

2 of the 6 lights arrived with cracked glass. My electrician was able to get one of the cracked glass off to install the bulb. The other one was too badly damaged. I have asked Wayfair for 2 replacements. We think they will look wonderful over our kitchen island. We are very pleased with the design. The packaging did not show signs of wear tear so they must have come from the factory broken

Product came damaged. Wayfair return policy would not allow to return the entire item and obtain full refund if we are not satisfied or product arrived damaged. We are indirectly forced to ask for replacement part instead, which I did just now.

They were smaller than I expected and the design on the ceiling plate was not a good fit for me.

Looks great; just wish the 5 light cluster pendant would come in before december!

These lights have fingerprint-like imperfections on the inside that cannot be wiped away. Customer service however was great… They sent us another set but the lights have the same problems. It must be happening at the factory level.
