I bought 2 for our framed works on paper. They are battery operated and to ensure a full charge you must kept plugged in overnight. There are 2 settings, high and low and on either settings the light they emit on the art is lovely. I highly recommend buying these picture lights.

A little dicey to mount on the wood frame on the back of my oil painting. The hardware works but would be sturdier on a more heavy duty wood frame. The look is streamlined and awesome. I love that it has two lighting levels for lower light and brighter light. I am going to buy another one of these for another oversized painting.
