This is just about what it looks like...a hanging light.

The light is too sharp and the sides of the lamp should be opaque for more downlighting

These office lights are great! We ordered several for throughout our office space. There were a few that the Electrician said were "defective," but Wayfair sent out replacements right away. I also appreciated not having to deal with repackaging and shipping the defective ones back - we were told just to toss them in the trash. All of the lights have been working well.
