Usually my experience with Lamps plus is outstanding. This lamp is pretty awful- it doesn't have the nice swirl pattern of the ones shown at all and the blue appears to have been painted on as an after thought. It is also NOT a 3way switch - it can take it says, up to a 150 wattage bulb but it does not switch through the 3 levels at all. I'm not even sure the wattage is correct since the bulb I put in immediately became very hot after a minute. The inside of the glass base is also extremely cloudy, dirty looking- not sure that can be fixed at all. I received a box that didn't appear to have even been opened, and was very well packed. The lamp base is heavy but pretty ugly.

I understand why they are on sale. As several noted, they are indeed ....cloudy. My girlfriend started cleaning them. Nope. It is inside. Would love to hear of a solution. Also, as noted, the color of the blue varied between the two. Bummer.

We're very pleased with this lamp. Ordered 2 for the master bedroom - - - wanted this to be a statement piece of the room.

This is beautiful. Came securely packed. Worth every Penny!

Arrived on time and looked exactly like the webpage described it. LOVE our new lamps!
