All solid materials. Perspective of design is really good. It looks great at any height you want. I purchased two because i wasnt sure what spot i would use them! I am going for one of them on one side of new kitchen center room hanging medium height available. If it doesnt work there i use them for my suite bedroom or living room. So i can say you can be confident choosing this . I think its better looking then pictures shown on line.

Order 2 of this lights to be set up above our kitchen counter top. The lights came in time and in perfect condition. The installation is easy and the result is great. They look very good in our kitchen.
