Perfect lamp for my daughter's bedroom. She loves the "beach" look and the texture of the lamp base is similar to a corral reef or something. The assembly of the lamp was a little bizarre, it took me and husband a little while to figure out how to get the pieces connected securely, it was a little flimsy until we figured it out. Can never have too many lamps.

This floor lamp must have some type of a defect. This should have been an easy product to put together, and it was not. The directions are not helpful. The wiring does not tuck into the lamp so you can’t screw one end into the other without this giant gap of wiring Sticking out. I tried to take the base off and it does not come off. It just spins endlessly, and the only thing that it does do is start tucking in part of the plug itself, which is not what we need to do. There are no instructions or helpful attached information for if you run into this kind of problem. So unless I forced the base off, which could cause potential damage to the product, there is no way to put this lamp together. Very disappointed.

This lamp has a serious design flaw and the 2 halves of the base will not connect securely, so that it wobbles and spins in place endlessly.
