Sorry, Wayfair. I chose the "open box" option and what I got was just junk, with a torn shade and a base that wouldn't even screw together. I guess someone didn't really inspect this before sending it out to be resold.... Luckily customer service quickly rectified the problem with no hassle and fully refunded my purchase. This broken item went directly into to trash, boo.

This could have been a nice lamp however it was a return repackaged and sent on to me broken. Now I have to send it back for a replacement. The foam packing gets all over so you have to vacuum after all the unpacking is done so, no lamp a mess and I have to pack it all up again and create yet another mess. If I had not bought nice things from Wayfair before, this would have been my last order.

We received the lights and when we opened the boxes they looked like they may have been returned by another customer, as all 3 lights we bought had differences in the way they were packaged. Also, the packaging didnt hold up very well in shipping and the base on 2 of the 3 have minor damages. That said they lights do work, we added a 60 watt soft light bulb and they are giving off great light. The bar that connects the base to the light fixture is a bit flimsy but strong enough to hold the light.

I love Wayfair, but this is a profoundly inferior product they need to discontinue immediately. It was at least a foot shorter than the advertised height. I bought two. Both shades were damaged beyond repair. The lamp is flimsy, cheaply made and unstable. I really cannot describe how bad it was. Wayfair was wonderful about it and resolved the problem immediately. Like I said... I love Wayfair. This lamp is expensive and not worth any price.
