Not real leather. Lights up bright yellow. Shipping is okay. The bottom is slightly aged and shiny gold, I think it looks cute.

I would have given 5 stars, because I love the look of these lamps, but I took off 1 star because for this kind of money, it should be real leather. It is not. I was disappointed in that, because spending around $450 should guarantee that for the small amount of faux leather on these lamps, they could have put real leather and charged the same.
