I did get a maintenance man to install it because I had to replace the light fixture but a easy install for him. It doesn’t come with a light! It does have a decent speed and produce cooler area. My daughter loves it

I was not able to install this fan because of the weight. It’s heavy duty and worth the money. I got the chrome fixture with gray stained paddles and purchased from the company the chrome light kit. So basically combined it was 200, I need a supporting box to hold the fan. Currently I have a Sheetrock electrical box which attaches to the Sheetrock only and not the beams. So, I have to change the box or the fan can fall. Great buy and in perfect condition.

Great fan for a large room. The option of the finish on the blades is awesome. I chose the side that has a rough hewn finish. I am so pleased with this item. It was delivered quickly and no damage. My husband loves it too!
