High speed is like low speed, does not cool.

It would be unfair to say that the fan is of poor quality; I have nothing to say about the product because I haven't been able to use it. What I thought would be a simple purchasing experience via Wayfair has turned into a test of my patience. I ordered the fan on January 6th, and I also purchased the installation service. Therefore, Angie was responsible for sending a technician from one of their recommended companies, and that's where my headache began. Technician #1, who installed the fan, did it incorrectly. The base is not properly attached to the ceiling, and it moves like a swing. Additionally, there is a missing screw on another side. I fear that if I turn it on, the fan might fall. When Technician #1 left my house, he took the box and all the parts that might have been left from the installation. I assume those parts include screws or similar items. I called Wayfair's customer service, and they kindly attended to me, apologized, and sent a note to the manufacturer to replace the fan parts. Another appointment was made with Technician #2, but on the same day he was supposed to come for the installation, he canceled, and I had to accept it - what else can you do when they say they can't come to your house? I thought maybe it was for the best because the extra parts that the manufacturer would send hadn't arrived yet. Wayfair contacted me to check on Technician #2, and we agreed to attempt the installation once the fan parts arrived. Today, on 01/26/2024, the package with the needed parts arrived, and surprise - the bag was open, and obviously, there were no screws. After my not-so-pleasant experience with Angie's technician, I decided to hire an electrician with good work ethics (something I should have done from the beginning), and I wouldn't have wasted so much time and money. So, I'll have to cancel that appointment, contact Wayfair again to see if they can send another package with screws, and hopefully, I can finally write something related to the fan. I'm a bit frustrated, but I haven't lost hope that the fan will be great. I genuinely hope that, once all these issues are resolved, I can give the fan a positive rating. I love the look of this fan! The installation was straight forward. It was faster for me to install this fan than remove the one it replaced.
