I’m not sure if the set I got was broken, it mentions turning the light on and removing a film from the solar sensitive area. There was no film to remove and no light after a few days of sun

Product was used with dirt on the stakes. Obviously either a returned or damaged item previously. Already turned to on and protective film removed from solar panels. You issued credit to my account for this problem. I sent photos of problem. Took used item to habitat in my area.
