Very attractive, with good-quality fittings. There's _tons_ of chain, for those with high ceilings. So we have a little cache of chain for another project. Original bowl was received with cracks, clearly due to damage during shipping. Wayfair immediately sent an entire replacement.

The fixture arrived with a cracked ceramic socket. Unlike the other on-line sites, Wayfair does not allow returns of this sort. Instead, I had to speak to a representative (Jasmine on December 4, 2024). I had to describe the problem, she had to submit it to the manufacturer and now I have to wait a week for an email from the manufacturer. In theory, the broken part will be sent to me. Not how I wanted this to go and therefore, I do not intend to order anything from Wayfair again. For years, I have used Wayfair, no more.

Every light fixture I have bought from Wayfair has been of good quality. This one was no exception.

Pleased with the quality of this item, and for a reasonable price. There was a small flaw in the bowl...not a chip, but just a tiny flaw...but we were able to turn the bowl so the flaw isn't really visible. It wasn't bad enough to knock my rating down a star.
