The small size Poppy Chandelier is not small. We installed it in our entry, and it is stunning! We have had many compliments on it. You should be ready for a lengthy assembly. There are approximately 110 different length rods to insert into the center of the fixture, and they must be assembled in a particular pattern because they are different lengths. Then a hand blown glass disc is installed at the end of each rod with a tiny nut. Some of the hand blown discs did not have holes large enough; we purchased a glass bit for our drill to enlarge the holes. The fixture can be assembled about 3/4 of the way on a work surface (like a table), but the last of the discs have to be screwed on after the fixture is installed (over your head, on a ladder). We did the assembly, then hired an electrician to install (it took two people). We love the fixture and do not regret the time commitment, but if you pay an electrician to do the assembly and installation, it could get really pricey.

Beautiful fixture! It took the entire day to assemble, so be prepared for that. but it was worth it.
