You need the Ring Dock or whatever it's called for lights

Only putting 3 stars bc I had no idea you have to purchase a Ring Base in order for the camera to be connected to the Ring app

Cheap and a lot bigger than what we wanted.

i thought this had a rechargeable battery like my ring motion sensor, but it takes 4 D batteries. Yes, i should have read the description better. My fault, but if i had known that i would not have purchased it. regular batteries die so quickly it's not worth it. For the 40 dollars i paid for it i could have bought a solar security spot light and not have to replace batteries.

Absolutely love these lights! Nice addition to the rest of our Ring Security at home and love how easy it linked with our Bridge to our main Ring account.
