We have not installed this chandelier yet, but the box was obviously previously opened, unpacked and resealed. I did not buy it from the "Open box" section of Wayfair. Wayfair refused to do anything about it. Chandelier looks nice, Wayfair gets no stars for this.

Beautiful light fixture! Very modern and sleek looking! Easy to install without professionals! Fits great with my decor and colors are spectacular. Bought the matching 12 light chandelier. Looking forward to the cohesiveness!
