Havent opened box yet glass rattling sound doesnt sound good. Well that was just the sound of extra pieces came packaged very well So beautiful absolutely perfect for my living room

Some of the crystals arrived chipped and broken. Even though additional crystals were included, we used all of them and still had to install a couple of chipped ones. The light is beautiful though! The fan really doesn't provide much air and when you have the speed on high (even 5), it's a bit noisy because of the crystals vibrating. WARNING: This light/fan is EXTREMELY heavy. I had to have my contractor installed additional support in the attic/ceiling.

Had to order twice as 4 Crystal's were broken when it arrived. The short downrod won't fit if you want to use the decorative part at the top and when the light is on with the fan, you get a strobe effect. Other than that, it's very pretty in my master bedroom

The light is very nice but if you don’t want it to hang long you can’t use all the parts and it takes away from the light
