The fan motor is not the same as the advertised photo. I should have noticed in another customer review that their personal photo did not match the advertised picture which was posted side by side. They also did not recommend this fan. Also one of the blades had a defect as shown in pictures. The instructions were inadequate. Installation video was only slightly better. The photo also shows crystals hanging by small rings not the bendable nails included in box. Luckily I had leftover circles from another project to hang the crystals at the different lengths. Fan does work, didn’t install smart feature since the wall switches for light and multi speed fan already installed. Very dissatisfied with what I received vs the advertised product-Especially considering price.

Fan looks to be very beautiful. Unfortunately for me I didn’t notice that it didn’t come with a down rod for my high ceiling, so my handyman wasn’t able to put it up for me today. I’ll update my review once I pick up a down rod at the big box hardware store.

Seems like a nice ceiling fanchandelier. Unfortunately I am waiting for my electrician to install and then I can give a better review of the item but I went ahead and posted since it is required by my tried and true.

This is a beautiful statement piece. I love that the blades can be either brown or black, giving a homeowner a choice. I just installed it so I don’t have any pictures as what it will look like at night. I felt the blades could be larger and I may have missed it in order to cool a family room. Having the remote control makes it easy but I am concerned if the remote does not work. I am left with something that is useless. My only concern for taking away a star.

The fan is pretty but thats about it. Hardly any instructions to put it together. Remote control doesnt work and light came on by itself in middle of night. I do not recommend this.
