Once the electrician installed the fan, it was discovered that clicking the 'high' button on the remote did not increase the speed of the fan. It actually turned the fan off for a second and instead, turned on the light. Wayfair offered to send a new fan but that would have involved hiring the electrician to come back, uninstall one fan and reinstall another, plus bring the heavy fan to a shipping store. I settled for a 20% discount, but the fan will never operate as it should.

We added the light and fan to our living room ceiling which is 26’ high. It is beautiful for a tall space and the fan provides a lot of air Movement. We are very pleased!
