The fan is beautiful and the crystal accents are a great add. The hook at the bottom of the light lit was broken off so I wasn’t able to add the crystal ball accent at the bottom. Wayfair, as always, let me exchange the unit for a new one. No drama at all - that’s why I continue to shop at Wayfair.

The fan itself is beautiful, and I had it professionally installed by a handyman, who appreciated that there weren’t too many loose pieces to deal with. However, about a week after installation, the remote stopped working and the fan wouldn’t turn on. The light still worked, but only when using the wall switch. I reached out to the company and they were responsive—they asked for a photo, consulted their maintenance department, and concluded the issue was likely with the remote. They sent me a new remote along with a part that now needs to be installed. Unfortunately, I now have to wait for the handyman to return, and I’ll have to pay another labor fee to fix something that should have worked correctly in the first place. It’s frustrating because it’s a brand-new fan, installed in March, and now it’s April and I still can’t really use it. To be clear, I’ve replaced the remote’s battery at least five times. It would work briefly, then stop again. This has been a hassle, and had I known this would happen, I wouldn’t have bought it. That said, I want to shout out the customer service rep I worked with—she was fantastic. She stayed in touch, followed up, and really made sure I didn’t feel forgotten. I truly appreciated her help.
