Absolutely terrible item . This chandelier looks amazing in the advertisement but the box I received was NOT NEW . Missing more than half the glass, shattered ceramic pieces allover the box . The appliques of flowers had Chinese lettering allover the flowers which were just stickers placed crookedly ! Not anything like the advertised chandelier . Wires loose in box , loose arms with dangling parts, no gold caps , no glass , only 3 crystals in box !!!!! I had a good experience with Raj the team member fixing the issue for a full refund. Such an awful experience with truly what turned out to be a reallllllllly junky box of a chandelier . I keep trying to love Wayfair so I am giving it another shot with a completely different chandelier order. Hoping I can find one I like .

I paid extra for fast delivery and it came very late, Very cheap looking , came in broken box packaging is very very poor, I would not keep it for free

One of a kind chandelier, it enhanced our dining room and we get lots of compliments. I would add one to our living room.
