Misleading information ! I ordered this chandelier thinking that like what it says is 144” ( 12 feet ) ! But instead is 109” ( 9 feet ) ! There is 3 Feet difference between the 2 numbers ! I ordered it specifically for 23 feet tall ceilings thinking 12 feet will com approximately to middle of the wall but now i’m stuck with a 9’ for a long time Called the customer service and they said sorry for misleading information ! We are going to fix it ! Here is 10% coupon on your next order ! As if i’m going to shop from them again !!
