Hello! I really love these lampstands they are beautiful. However, I’ve been a bit disappointed with the shade material. I purchased three of the same lamp, but the second one doesnt screw in properly. Additionally, I was upset to find that the crystal sealing the lamp shade arrived broken. Later today, I plan to assemble the third lamp. Would it be possible for you to replace the second one I’m hopeful that the third lamp will be perfect. Thank you so much for your understanding and assistance.

In small office with no light and Wiw! Came next day, no assembly….plug and go and it doesn’t look cheap. Great for small area. Simple and nice shade. Floor button is huge bonus
