I made a mistake on my order and customer service, after spending a lot of time with them on the phone and texting, could not have been more UNHELPFUL! I was told that Wayfair strives to have good customer experiences, but in my case, I have rarely experienced such poor service. I will never order from them again. The lampshades, by the way, were fair.
