It operates quietly and heating the room quickly. We chose the matte black color. It looks very sleek, especially with the soft LED light. The remote control is simple and super easy to use. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The plug-in installation was easy. It took us about 25 minutes for the whole plug-in installation. Since the unit is heavy, we used a stud to support the weight.
