The stars are really cute! There is a good selection of light display options and the red, white and blue colors show nice and bright. The stars are a bit smaller than indicated in the advertisement (approximately 7 inches high) but will work for my yard space. The connecting white wire is obvious, but can be hidden if you are displaying them in a garden like setting, but along a walkway it may be more difficult to hide. Looking forward to lighting them up for Independence Day!

It’s ok thought they were a little bigger

These are much smaller than pictured. The wire that connects them shows during the daylight but not too bad in the evening. I will be saving these for the summer holidays to showcase our American pride along with our other party decorations. The rod end is not intended for hard ground, best if used in soft planter soil. Overall, if using occasionally, these are perfect to add to your festive decorations. Lots of different modes and really bright in the dark of night!
