The light was installed according to instructions on flagpole. This light is not coming on at all at dusk. Covered photo electric eye and the light comes on.

Was very easy to put up, once you realized that you couldn't put it up with just a screw driver. The directions are clear, you need a drill to put it up with. Was expecting it to be a motion sensor, but am not disappointed that it wasn't. Depending on where you put, it should stay on all night; it needs plenty of sun to stay on all night.
