Ended up having to buy a grounded plug to account for the light's ground wire. Installation equipment also only included a bracket for hardwired light fixtures, so it didn't sit flush with the wall. Should not be sold as a plug in device!

Two different shades of metal and very noticeable at the seams, especially the articulating joints. Surprising with a quality company such as Visual Comfort. Almost wondered if it was a knock off
