A BIG FAIL! Just finished a 3+ hour installation of my new bedside lights only to find that the lamps are not dimmable as advertised all over the website. This is the only reason I purchased these lamps :( The customer service department gave us a discount for the incorrect item but I'm still stuck with bedside lighting that does not fulfill my needs. And, truthfully, no discount will make up for the hours spent searching for the right dimmable lights, the time it took to remove the old lamps, and the time to replace with the new, incorrect ones.
