I ordered an eight pack, they sent a four pack. Still trying to get the rest of the lights. Called customer support they wanted photos of the box, lights and shipping label. I emailed them, the next day the sent me an email asking for the same pictures. I sent them. They emailed again asking for more pictures, I sent them. There is a pattern here, they asked for more pictures because this is an outside vendor. I sent them. I called customer support again and you guessed it, send more pictures. Maybe you will receive a response from the seller in a week. My electrician is long gone and maybe he can get me on the schedule if and when I get the lights. The four lights do work, wish I had the other four. Will update if and when I receive them.
