I spray painted candle sleeves black and I really like the fixture for the price. We had a 2 person electrician team hang it and they said it was one of the more difficult ones to hang. The tiers hook together but really only work when suspended and using gravity, otherwise the bars with hooks fall out of the loops. They hung it fine, but something to be aware of if attempting to hang solo.
