Surprisingly good quality, smooth beam and sturdy construction.

These lights are heavy duty. All metal and no cheap plastic. I love the matte black finish and the shorter and fatter shape compared to the other more narrow model. It looks so much better than the 1990s version I had!

I have this surface mount light in white. The base and casement are a softer white, not a bright “blue-toned” white. Just matches the Atrium White (Benjamin Moore) trim in my house. Well it came smaller than I thought it was going to be but that’s OK! It is going to do a small space. Beautiful finish on it it’s really nice quality light! My electrician is right out straight so I will send a picture of it installed as soon as I can get him out here!

The item arrived quickly and looks really great. The metal is thick and high quality, the overall construction is very sturdy. The best part is that the head can be rotated at the base and top of the cylinder, that allows easy adjustment to any position. I also like the fact that the screws are covered with two decorative nuts made of the same material. The only concern about this product is that the light bulb seems to be a custom built-in, so you will not likely be able to buy a replacement at any hardware store. I hope it lasts!
