Horrible experience with this fan. After installation, it would beep on its own and shut off randomly. We contacted the manufacturer (they are responsive, I'll give them that). After paying an electrician to double-check the wiring (it's apparently very finicky and sensitive, according to the manufacturer), and it was still not working, they sent a replacement receiver. It was installed with consideration to the wiring diagram provided, and with the new receiver, the fan does not operate at all. We have had a licensed electrician install the fan both times, and it has never worked correctly. Furthermore, the app has NEVER completed loading. We can get all the way through the steps (firmware update, network configuration, etc.) and invariably receive the same "unknown error" every time. We have tried in on multiple devices, and reset it several times. We have spent more time and installation money on this fan than almost the purchase price at this point. We have other smart fans (of other brands) in our home that operate correctly, and the fan that was replaced in the same place before we “upgraded” to this one was working fine. I am completely frustrated and totally disappointed that after spending over $600 on this fan, with hundreds more on multiple installations and troubleshooting, I cannot use it at all. The fan looks great...it just does not function.

The design is aesthetics: sleek, modern, durable. It feels sturdy in hand, and the materials used appear to be good quality The product is particularly well-designed.

Fantastic for our patio reno!! We absolutely love the look and style of this fan. Size is perfect for the space.
