Very reasonable price. Brighter than I expected.

We purchased three of these light fixtures. They look very nice! One of the lamps doesn't rotate all the way on one of the fixtures. The quality feels a little delicate/flimsy when rotating the lights to face the direction you want. We also bought a couple tracks exactly like this with four lamps. One came with a couple of the lamps broken off the track so we had to return it. That process was a very difficult process that took several weeks. When I went online to the returns info and followed th steps for a return, nobody ever responded so I called the phone number provided for returns. The company would not do a refund and said that needed to go through waifair for the return. So I contacted waifair and was told that they could not do the return because the light company has a contract stating they want all returns to go directly through them. After several phone calls, photos, emails, I was finally told by waifair they would honor my refund. Waifair was great to work with but the company who the light came from was awful. So just be aware that if you get a damaged product from this light company, you have to be very persistent to get a refund or exchange.

The product was damaged exactly the same way it was on my first delivery. Please advise how you can safely ship product that is not damaged. I suggest that WAC Lighting takes a close look at their packaging.

Installation is horrendous, the 3 screws are on the edge of the cover, leaving you with less than 1" from the ceiling to fasten the fixture to the ceiling plate. Unless you want to sweat for hours trying to install what was supposed to be a simple light fixture, I would stay away from this product.

Smaller than I pictured but very nice pieces.

We ordered 4 of these and one was damaged. Either we have bad luck or I swear almost every order from Wayfair is wrong or damaged. This particular product isn’t backed by Wayfair though, you have to call the lighting company to get a replacement. 3 stars for customer service for this product but 5 for the working lights. It’s a great colour temperature and a more modern look than what we had before.
