Well last week I called relative to the fact that one of the shades was broken upon unpacking by our contractor and was told the manufacturer would contact me personally. One week later I’m still waiting. I purchased two of these fixtures but they aren’t much use to me if I don’t have a replacement shade. Here’s hoping the situation is remedied. I will post again either way. Right now I don’t think I’d recommend this manufacturer. The manufacturer sent a new shade and all is great. These fixtures give a lot of light. I was a little worried since two reflect up and two down but it’s really fine. The shade was replaced quickly and came undamaged. They look great in our new bathroom
