The delivery was prompt and on time however, one of the glass pieces was broken upon arrival. We did not notice until after the light was already hung (we unwrapped them last to protect them). Assembly was somewhat difficult - it took three (inexperienced) people 1.5 hours to assemble. All of the lights were tangled with the very long cables, and that did cause a delay. The light itself is beautiful and as advertised. The lighting is warm and cannot be changed out - I did not realize this prior to ordering (oversight on my behalf!) so you cannot change the type of lighting or brightness. As you can see, the lighting is warm and not very bright - it does not illuminate my kitchen completely. Another issue with the lighting is the inclusions (picture included) - there are multiple shadows created from the crystals. These show as shadows or yellow on lighter materials. This is not ideal for a kitchen either as food can look wrong or yellowed. Overall the light is as advertised, but be careful on the room you’re selecting - this would work best in a room needing moodywarm lighting where the colorsinclusions are not an issue.

I could not be happier with this light fixture. It is the icing on the cake for my newly decorated dining room. And it only took our electrician two shots to hang on our vaulted ceiling (not bad).

This add elegance to my kitchen it’s a must have item.

Nice fixture, just as described, and it matches the photos. Arrived in one piece. Unfortunately wasn't a good fit for us, so had to return, but nothing was wrong with it
