Beautiful, but a beast to hang. We had an installer do it and it took an entire day. The cords are adjustable, but each has two different ways that you have to screw the fitting to get it to adjust. The base is extremely heavy and difficult to lift. After he finally got it installed, we found we were missing a crystal. Wayfair was very nice and said they'd send one out tomorrow, it was just very frustrating having spent all that time (& money) to find that we had a crystal missing. All that being said, it is beautiful!
