This is better than a home Improvement store special, but not by much, the light is glass on one is not even square, so I can only use a single screw to hold it on. Do they work, yes is installation harder than most (slightly), but still doable, but every edge is sharp and wants to cut you and the wall, do your self a favor and if you are installing cover everything in painters tape first.
