Baasit Metal Table Lamp

The lamp is nice, but was defective when it arrived. A screw that holds the lamp to the base was missing so the lamp would not stay in place. I am returning for a refund.

I bought 3 sets of lamps. All three re wobbly and CHEAP BUT THIS ONE IS THE WORST.

Looks great but I was concerned when unpacking. It looked like it had been unpacked and repacked several times and the shade was a little beat up and torn. I Was able to salvage and I think it will work out.

Very nice looking however the packaging has inherit flaws and this item was returned due to a damaged shade. The base is plastic and cardboard bottom which left the base wobbly die to heavy middle. Don’t recommend- returned item

The lamp is very stylish and fits well with my decor.

Like other reviewers said, the finial didn’t actually fit on the harp and kept falling off. I plan to return.

Lampshade is not acceptable. The fabric is discolored in several places, there are pieces of styrofoam between the layers of fabric and plastic and the fabric is ripped on the corner in the photograph submitted. Your "return item" application is not working properly to allow me to upload picture and submit.

I bought two of these lamps. One had a slit in the shade, the other had a broken base. So I was able to create one good lamp from the parts that were not defective. I called Wayfair twice and initially the customer service was great- they walked me through how to submit photos of the defects, and how to send it back. They sent a replacement- which arrived with broken base. I again called Wayfair and the customer service was not as good. She basically said “that’s the way the manufacturer makes the lamp”- but I informed her that I do have one perfect lamp, so these others are defective. Another replacement was sent- and that base has a screw that’s visible. I’m tired of calling Wayfair to complain so I’m keeping it but probably won’t order from them again!
